Architecture & Planning
Every project begins with your ideas and the requirements of the space. Use, light, circulation, design and budget all shape the concept. The scope of work and specialist planning are agreed for each project.
ARCHITECTURE · CONSTRUCTION · SMART HOME
Spaces with perspective.
Technology with purpose.
From the first idea to everyday use: we bring design, construction and building technology together.
OUR SERVICES
Looking at buildings as a whole.
Construction & Project Delivery
Homes, apartments and industrial buildings each have their own requirements. We discuss the scope, execution, choice of materials and coordination of the parties involved to suit your project.
Smart Home
Intelligent technology should make everyday life easier. We consider lighting, shading, room temperature and controls as one connected system, tailored to the building and its users.
RESIDENTIAL & INDUSTRIAL
Every building has its own requirements.
Homes & Apartments
Comfortable layouts, natural light and carefully considered fittings are central to our approach. We agree the type and scope of new construction, interior work or modernisation for each individual project.
Industrial Buildings
Workflows, access, space requirements and technical needs guide the planning process. The relevant specialist disciplines and responsibilities are defined for each project.
INTELLIGENT BUILDINGS
A home that thinks ahead.
Lighting & Shading
Lighting scenes, schedules and coordinated control of blinds or shutters, adapted to the time of day and how the space is used.
Comfort & Energy
Temperature control that responds to demand and, with suitable metering equipment, insights into energy consumption.
Controls & Scenarios
Scenes for arriving home, being away or settling in for the night. Remote access and system integration are planned around compatibility and access requirements.
